Shipping & Returns

Onlinefancydress.com products will be charged at list price.

For orders under 2kgs sent by standard delivery these will be charged at £4.99 per order and normally take 3-5 days for delivery.

For orders sent by Special Delivery/Courier/Parcel Tracking for next day delivery there will be a £3.00 surcharge. (UK mainland only).

Standard delivery is Monday to Friday.

Overseas orders will be charged at £9.99 per order up to 1kg. Anything over this weight will be subject to additional charges. Please email for a quote.

Please check measurements against sizing guide to avoid disappointment.

Delivery. We aim to dispatch on the same day for orders placed before 1.30PM Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock due to high demand you will be sent an e-mail notification and will either be offered an alternative or Full refund.

RETURNS
• All complaints regarding shortages, non-delivery, damaged or faulty goods must be made, in writing, within 7 days of receipt date.
• No refund will be given on used or worn or opened items unless found to be faulty.
• We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations which requires you to notify us within 7 days of delivery should you wish to return any of the items.
• All items must have their original packaging and labels and must be unworn in a 'Re-sellable' condition.
• All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to amend any product design, specification, appearance or colour without prior notice.
• The colours and packaging of certain items may vary from batch to batch.
• Once washed colours may fade. Recommend handwashing of garments.
